As there are currently no league matches on Tuesday and Thursday evenings we have decided to continue with the same arrangement as last year with a Ladies Night on a Tuesday, 5 – 8 pm and Men’s Night on a Thursday, 5-8 pm. as from 30th March 2021
3 courts will be block- booked initially and the idea is that members are able to turn up and play without having pre- arranged a singles or doubles. This is particularly important for those who are new to the club and who do not yet know many members.
Social Mix- In Sundays – these will start on Sunday 4th April from 2.00 – 5.00 pm and again are an opportunity for those new to the club and indeed those who have been around a long time, to come along and play sets of tennis with different people.
It is hoped that these will alternate with American Tournaments as happened last year – a full schedule will be circulated when it has been finalised.
For these social sessions, in order to comply with contact tracing please either scan the QR code or put your name on the register in the coach’s room.
Box Leagues – Robin has kindly offered to run these again this year. They are a great way to meet and interact with a wide range of members. Please watch out for the emails.
